Lip blushing in Franklin, TN
Lip blushing adds a sheer, natural-looking tint to your lips. It evens out uneven or faded color, softly defines your lip line, and gives you a little color without reaching for lipstick.
Who lip blushing is best for
- Lips that have lost color or look uneven
- Anyone who wants a my-lips-but-better tint that lasts
- People who love a lip color but are tired of reapplying
Before you book
If you've ever had cold sores, let me know when you book. Many artists recommend talking to your doctor about an antiviral before and after lip work, since the process can trigger a breakout.
Healing
- Days 1–3: lips look brighter and more saturated than the final color, and may feel a bit swollen.
- Days 4–7: light peeling. Keep them moisturized and don't pick.
- Weeks 2–3: color can look faded while the skin settles.
- Weeks 4–6: your soft, healed color shows through.
Lip prep and aftercare are covered in the prep guide and aftercare guide.
Aftercare
You'll get full written aftercare instructions at your appointment. The short version: keep the area clean and dry, skip makeup, sweating, swimming, and saunas while it heals, don't pick, and wear sunscreen once you're healed to keep the color fresh. See the full aftercare dos and don'ts.
